Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Training Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, course administration, and logistics support for our programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support to learners and organisations
  • Manage course enrolment applications and process payments
  • Assist with admissions and screen applications
  • Prepare and submit reports on course performance and funding
  • Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments
  • Provide necessary learners' support for smooth operation of day-to-day classes
  • Adhere to operational and audit requirements

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in training administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good writing skills
