Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Training Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, course administration, and logistics support for our programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to learners and organisations
- Manage course enrolment applications and process payments
- Assist with admissions and screen applications
- Prepare and submit reports on course performance and funding
- Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments
- Provide necessary learners' support for smooth operation of day-to-day classes
- Adhere to operational and audit requirements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in training administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good writing skills
