Roles & Responsibilities

The SEAO is responsible for driving sales activities and providing administrative support as directed by the General Manager for the sales of company’s various training courses. This role involves customer relationship management, supporting sales initiatives, handling administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of day-to-day business. The SEAO will also support management in maintaining client and vendor relationships, processing documents and handling basic financial administration.


Job Respobsibilities


Sales Functions:

  • Actively promote company training programs and facilities management services to potential clients
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads, preparing quotations, proposals and tenders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Organise and conduct promotional road-shows to network and generate leads


Administrative Functions:

  • Handle general administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist in coordinating internal meetings, client meetings, and promotional roadshows
  • Support in the preparation of reports and presentations for management and clients
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and supply of materials and services
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups


Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
  • Knowledge of sales processes, preferably in the training, education or facilities management sectors
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity and creativity in social-media content creation will be a bonus
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a sales person role
  • Fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are welcome to apply.
