Concierge Officer Job Description">

The Concierge Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of residents and guests at our residential condominium. This position combines exceptional customer service with security oversight and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and service providers.
  2. Process visitor registrations, announce guests, and grant building access.
  3. Handle resident requests, questions, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  4. Accept and manage package deliveries, notify residents, and maintain the package log.
  5. Coordinate amenity bookings (e.g., party room, guest suites, fitness facilities).
  6. Offer information about Condominium facilities, neighborhood services, and local attractions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate / Diploma or equivalent in Hotel & Hospitality or Business Management.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' of customer service experience.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Benefits

This is a full-time position (44 hours per week) with rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Occasional lifting up to 30 kg may be required.
