Job Title: Executive Assistant - Residential Services

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the development of our residential services. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate, track, and analyze data related to social residential homes and licensing matters.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including compiling reports and materials.
  • Assist in licensing inspections and pre-licensing checks for children's homes.
  • Compile past inspection findings and follow up with children's homes on submissions and clarifications.
  • Provide administrative support for the implementation of the Social Residential Homes Act and related governance processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Accountancy, or Legal Studies.
  • Relevant experience in compliance and regulatory work.
  • Immediate starters are preferred.
  • Only Singaporeans may apply.
