Job Title: Executive, Customer Support

Aon Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive, Customer Support to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end administration of clients' employee benefits programmes and provide helpdesk support on phone calls, webchats, and emails for their Japanese employees.
  • Handle employee cases and ensure they are managed and addressed promptly.
  • Assist and guide employees on the usage of the online benefits portal, including benefits enrolment and e-Claims submission.
  • Maintain helpdesk roster and update dashboard to report and measure key performance indicators on calls, webchats, and emails management.
  • Adjudicate clients' non-insured benefits claims in accordance with agreed rules and stipulated turnarounds.
  • Ensure the accuracy in processing clients' data loaded on Aon's benefit portal and timely processing of employees' enrolments.
  • Perform troubleshooting on any technical issues surfaced on the benefits portal encountered by internal or external parties.
  • Localize and translate documentations and communications from English to Japanese and vice versa.
  • Perform internal acceptance testing and assist with client/user acceptance testing on portal changes where applicable.
Requirements:
  • University degree or diploma from a recognized university or polytechnic.
  • At least 2 years of customer support and administration experience.
  • Prior working knowledge of Employee Benefits (Insurance and Flexible benefits) is an advantage.
  • High proficiency in Japanese and English languages; able to read, write, and speak fluent Japanese and English.
  • Provide clear, pleasant, and courteous verbal and written communication with proper use of grammar, tone, and pronunciation in Japanese and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, work in team settings, and work independently when required.
  • Collaborative, team player with ability to work to high standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer application skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
