Key Role: Restaurant Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and guide our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and manage staff to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to improve menu offerings and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
