Job Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in a designated geographical territory. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, grow existing accounts, and penetrate new markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
  • Assist in the creation of written overall Territory Coverage Plan, outlining customer profiling, account strategies, and major opportunities at designated target accounts
  • Provide product demonstrations, application assistance, and training to customers
  • Partner with suppliers to develop marketing databases profiling customers, industries, programs, and subcontractors

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience in the aviation industry (or similar)
  • Degree in Business and/or Engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all C-class parts, consumables, chemicals, including performance, applications, and troubleshooting
  • Able to expand products and services for particular customers and provide customer application and design assistance
  • Proficient knowledge in all MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
