Job Title: Import Shipping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Import Shipping Manager to join our team at Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning import operations, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for import operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery, and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all import transactions and documentation.
  • Develop and manage the budget for import shipping activities, analyzing shipping costs to identify opportunities for reductions and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent related qualification.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant managerial experience in manufacturing or relevant industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications and other relevant software (e.g. Navision).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A dynamic team leader with a positive working attitude.
