About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. as a key member of our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of export customer service, collaborating with various departments to optimize procedures, and leading the implementation of new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Lead the development and implementation of customer service processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of team training activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
