Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Planning

• Develop IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, encompassing technology needs, emerging technologies, and long-term plans for IT infrastructure and systems.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage the IT department budget, allocating resources effectively to support business objectives while controlling costs.
• Monitor and analyze budget performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Security and Compliance

• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect against cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy.

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including systems administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and technical support staff.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Technical Support and Training

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting IT issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IT systems, tools, and best practices.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor the performance of IT systems, networks, and applications, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on IT performance, project status, and key metrics to senior management.
