Seeking a skilled Authorization & Workflow Expert to ensure seamless system operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and advice on access control and workflow management.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to login, access rights, and workflow routing.
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to implement system changes or enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of new access rules and workflows before deployment.
  • Maintain and update access profiles in response to organizational changes.
  • Manage day-to-day support tickets and issue escalations.
  • Monitor automated access provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
  • Perform regular housekeeping of system access and roles in non-production environments.
  • Support audits and risk assessments by providing documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in authorization, access control, or workflow management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with users, vendors, and management.
  • Familiarity with IT security concepts, including need-to-know basis and audit controls.
