Job Title:

System Administrator and Management Expert

This role includes managing operating systems, system software, hardware, and ensuring the stability and security of system environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various operating systems including Linux (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu), Solaris, IBM AIX, and Oracle Linux.
  • Manage system software and hardware such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, clustering solutions, SAN/NAS storage, and virtualization platforms.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Respond to system incidents according to severity levels and meet service level requirements.
  • Handle high-pressure situations, identify problems, and make quick decisions to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), guidelines, and daily checklists.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on system performance, capacity planning, and incident analysis.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of system administration and management principles.
  • Proficient in managing operating systems, system software, and hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
