Job Title: Frontline Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:

The role of a Frontline Engagement Specialist is to provide excellent customer service and support to our users at the point of contact. This includes handling enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive experience for all who interact with us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to user enquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist with making, modifying, and checking bookings, as well as monitoring court usage to ensure customers play only within their booked slots.
  • Keep the customer service area clean and presentable, and report any facility or equipment issues to the relevant personnel.
  • Update booking records as needed, and support basic reporting such as booking trends and customer feedback.
  • Assist with events, tournaments, and ad hoc coordination when required.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work shift hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in general use of MS Office.
  • Friendly, organised, reliable, and a team player.
