Device Engineer for Future CMOS Technology

Join our team in setting the direction for current and future CMOS technology.


Responsibilities:
  • Set electrical targets and define transistor structures to meet these targets.
  • Guide device technology development and work closely with Process Integration, Design Engineering, Design, Design Rules, Reliability, Transistor Modeling, TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design), and Parametric Test.
  • Ensure developed technology is manufacturable and highly yielding.

Together with your peers, you will craft and implement our NAND-CMOS roadmap. You will align it to product roadmaps, improve our device portfolio in performance and cost effectiveness, define, execute, and analyze silicon experiments for future device generations, interface with Design Engineers, and optimize critical layout constrained Design Rules.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, PhD in Semiconductor Device Technology preferred.
  • 5 plus years industry experience in the field of CMOS device design, simulation, characterization.
  • Experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies, analog FETs operating at higher Voltages.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in High Voltage applications, reliability, characterization, device development.
  • Understanding of analog design concepts.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent team and mentoring skills.
