CMOS Device Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CMOS Device Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative solutions for our NAND Memory Technology Roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization, as well as experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies and analog FETs operating at higher voltages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new or modified process formulations and define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications.
  • Review processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products.
  • Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
Requirements:
  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, PhD in Semiconductor Device Technology preferred.
  • 5 plus years industry experience in the field of CMOS device design, simulation, characterization.
  • Experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies and analog FETs operating at higher voltages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the field of High Voltage applications, reliability, characterization, device development.
  • Understanding of analog design concepts.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent team and mentoring skills.
