NAND CMOS Device Engineer

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the direction for current and future CMOS technology for our NAND Memory Technology Roadmap. This role involves working closely with the Design Team to set electrical targets and define transistor structures that meet these targets.

You will play a critical role in guiding device technology development and collaborating with Process Integration, Design Engineering, Design Rules, Reliability, Transistor Modeling, TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design), and Parametric Test teams to ensure developed technology is manufacturable and highly yielding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization, with experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies and analog FETs operating at higher voltages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field; PhD in Semiconductor Device Technology preferred.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization.
  • Experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies and analog FETs operating at higher voltages.
