Job Title

A leading role for an experienced CMOS device engineer to drive innovation in NAND technology.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge memory solutions. We are seeking an exceptional individual with expertise in transistor design, simulation, and characterization to help shape the future of our NAND technology roadmap.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and significant experience in CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization. They will be responsible for defining transistor targets, developing transistor models, and optimizing critical layout constrained Design Rules. The successful candidate will also work closely with our TCAD simulation group to develop strategies for transistor structures to meet targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop advanced logic transistor technologies.
  • Design and deliver transistor models that accurately anticipate final silicon performance.
  • Define electrical test structures for transistors, isolation, design rule verification, and process monitoring.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure transistors are developed meeting required reliability standards.
  • Foster a collaborative working style and team spirit by mentoring less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years industry experience in CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization.
  • Experience in developing analog FETs operating at higher voltages.
  • Preferred: Experience in high voltage applications, reliability, characterization, and device development.
  • Understanding of analog design concepts.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent team and mentoring skills.
