Senior CMOS Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CMOS Integration Specialist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for the introduction and ramp of all NAND products in Singapore, ensuring that all CMOS Device aspects (time-0 and Reliability) are fulfilled with the highest quality.
The successful candidate will monitor all Device VDLs on a weekly basis, manage a Device Health dashboard (time0 and REL), and provide direction on device optimization/centering to ensure all downstream product requirements are fulfilled on-time.
This includes ensuring that all CMOS VDLs meet Device Maturity Index (DMI) requirements, managing ESPEC spec-source, and maintaining high confidence ESPEC compliance throughout.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of circuit usage/fail modes (for every VDL), Live-Die vs. Param layout differences, and NAND Voltage Spec (VSPEC) document.
Additionally, they will work closely with Device Reliability teams to enable fast reliability flows, towards establishment of continuous line monitor of REL health.
The selected candidate will also engage seamlessly with the CMOS Process Integration and Device Technology Teams, fostering a One-Team culture always.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of CMOS integration projects.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CMOS technologies and related processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve business processes.
Requirements:
- M.S or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in CMOS integration and/or NAND research and development.
- Strong background in Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and analytical skills.
- Innovation track record with a proactive approach to exploring new ideas and adapting quickly to change.
