Job Title: Lead CMOS Team Specialist

As the Lead of the CMOS team, you will be responsible for introducing and ramping all NAND products in Singapore. You will monitor all device VDLs on a weekly basis, manage a device health dashboard, and provide direction on device optimization to ensure all downstream product requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all CMOS VDLs meet device maturity index requirements.
  • Be the electrical-spec gatekeeper across all NAND CMOS technologies.
  • Manage and maintain ESPEC spec-source and ensure performance compliance with PDK commitments.
  • Have in-depth understanding of key business processes and circuit usage/fail modes.
  • Work closely with device reliability teams to enable fast reliability flows.
  • Engage seamlessly with CMOS process integration and device technology teams.
  • Develop a culture of excellence, psychological safety, inclusion, and engagement.
Qualifications
  • MS degree or PhD with 7-10+ years of DRAM and/or NAND research and development experience.
  • Proven capability to deliver novel technology solutions and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong background in CMOS integration, scaling, and device physics.
  • Deep knowledge of design of experiments principles and analytical skills.
