About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project works, managing and supervising workers, sub-contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project works, including implementation and execution.
  • Manage and supervise project works, ensuring proper work execution and good workmanship.
  • Resolve Clients' and/or residents' complaints/feedbacks, and execute project works based on the drawing/specification.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Vendors on all project matters, attending site meetings as necessary.
  • Track work progress, submitting progress reports to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate project work to ensure successful completion and handover to Clients.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Building/Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written), PC literate with knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project).
  • Positive working attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to be stationed at the site office.
  • Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
