Coordination and Execution

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing architectural works across various projects. Key responsibilities include:

Key Tasks:
  • Coordinate and monitor all architecture trade activities.
  • Prepare and submit technical documents, including samples, shop drawings, and catalogues, for consultant approval.
  • Collaborate with consultants to obtain necessary approvals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with other disciplines to address technical issues in construction drawings.
  • Prepare and submit RFIs for discrepancies, and ensure the timely submission of materials for consultant approval.
  • Responsible for the accurate registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revisions.
  • Implement effective quality control measures to achieve high CONQUAS scores.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural coordination works, preferably in HDB projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with basic knowledge of BIM software like Revit.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
