Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works to ensure smooth building operations.
  • Oversee building systems (e.g., fire safety, landscaping, M&E systems) to ensure they run smoothly and safely.
  • Manage emergency/ad hoc repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting, providing technical support to team members and coordinating between subcontractors/vendors.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety guidelines, and regulations for both the Facilities Maintenance team and external contractors/vendors.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
