We are dedicated to providing quality healthcare and wellness services to the community. As a Healthcare Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by connecting with people and sharing our healthcare offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and deliver engaging corporate events or roadshows
  • Share our healthcare services with the public in a professional and friendly manner
  • Conduct basic health screenings (training provided)
  • Manage client relationships and keep records up to date
  • Process invoices and payments during events
  • Generate leads through outreach and communication
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Able to initiate conversations and build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable engaging in face-to-face sales and meeting targets
  • Prior sales experience is beneficial, but not required – we provide training
  • Capable of communicating in basic English and Mandarin to engage Mandarin-speaking customers; other languages are an asset
  • Reliable, responsible, and a team player
