
Human Resource Strategic Planner

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our workforce planning initiatives. As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that align with our organisational priorities.
About the Role- This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong background in human resource management, business analytics, and data analysis.
- You will work closely with our divisions to understand their staffing needs and develop practical solutions to meet our current and future manpower requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with our organisational priorities.
- Analyse current workforce composition and identify emerging needs.
- Partner with divisions to understand their workplans and translate these into actionable manpower strategies.
- Review and maintain manpower forecasts.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to address workforce gaps.
- Monitor and report on key workforce metrics.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
