Workforce Planning Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our workforce planning initiatives. As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that align with our organisational priorities.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong background in human resource management, business analytics, and data analysis.
  • You will work closely with our divisions to understand their staffing needs and develop practical solutions to meet our current and future manpower requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with our organisational priorities.
  • Analyse current workforce composition and identify emerging needs.
  • Partner with divisions to understand their workplans and translate these into actionable manpower strategies.
  • Review and maintain manpower forecasts.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to address workforce gaps.
  • Monitor and report on key workforce metrics.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
