Job Details

This Research Fellow position is available immediately to join our Renewables & Low-Carbon Generation - Solar team at Nanyang Technology University.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of fabrication processes, material characterization, and reliability testing capabilities for large-area perovskite devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Development of novel fabrication processes for perovskite devices
  • Testing of new halide perovskite compositions
  • Conceptualization and realization of new device configurations with enhanced stability and reproducibility
  • Design and testing of perovskite devices in various sizes
  • Report writing and results presentation
  • Regular maintenance of research and study records for possible publication
  • Collaboration with internal colleagues and external collaborators
Requirements:
  • PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields with expertise in materials physics and processing
  • Previous experience in halide perovskites and large-area fabrication is highly desired
  • Strong skills in time management, experiment design, and data analysis
  • Excellent English language skills for research purposes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
