
Key Client Relationship Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying customer challenges and requirements, and delivering comprehensive solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts and identify customer challenges and requirements.
- Conduct thorough account analysis to uncover untapped opportunities.
- Generate and nurture sales prospects through face-to-face interactions, written communication, and telephone engagement.
- Successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing large accounts, cross-selling, and fostering a collaborative selling environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level contacts.
- Develop winning strategies for major RFPs and ensure active participation.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to existing customers.
- Diploma or higher qualifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
- A positive, dynamic, resilient, and results-driven attitude is essential.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships are required.
