About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager for Lubricant Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in Singapore and the broader region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive profitable growth and expand our customer base.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO GATHER MARKET INTELLIGENCE AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR VALUE ADDITION.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Prepare competitive quotations and manage RFQ/tender processes.
Requirements
  • A BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR HIGHER IN CHEMISTRY, MECHANICAL/AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELDS.
  • 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN B2B SALES, PREFERABLY IN LUBRICANTS, ADDITIVES, OR INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS.
  • A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN MANAGING STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISE (SOE) CLIENTS IS A PLUS.
  • STRATEGIC THINKER WITH A RESULTS-DRIVEN MINDSET AND STRONG OWNERSHIP.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INFLUENCING SKILLS; ABILITY TO THRIVE IN CROSS-CULTURAL TEAMS.
  • RESILIENCE UNDER PRESSURE AND WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL FREQUENTLY.
  • FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND MANDARIN (WRITTEN AND VERBAL).
