Job Description

As a Specialist in Geriatric Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Create personalised care plans tailored to the needs of the resident
  • Implement care plans and regularly record residents' progress
  • Design and organise programs and activities to address residents' care requirements
  • Prepare and submit review reports and monthly interview records every six months
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care for residents

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum diploma or degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling
  • At least one year of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient English language skills and ability to converse in dialects or other languages
Required Skills and Qualifications
