About the Opportunity

The reminiscence project seeks a highly skilled professional to coordinate its research development, execution, and data management. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of socio-economic landscapes and experience in eldercare or community-based programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate research development, execution, and data management of the reminiscence project.
  • Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for stakeholders and funders.
  • Lead the research team to consolidate research data, presentation, and report.
  • Facilitate arrangement and management of micro-jobs for seniors involved in the program.
Requirements
  • Degree in Gerontology, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in eldercare or community-based programs.
  • Strong understanding of socio-economic landscapes of ageing populations and reminiscence in aged care, and interest in reminiscence facilitation.
  • Proven experience in project management, programme evaluation, and report writing.
  • Proficiency in research skills, budgeting, and reporting.
