Senior Clinical Trial Research Specialist

We are launching a pioneering research project focused on optimizing light exposure for overall health and well-being, with a specific emphasis on supporting seniors.
Job Responsibilities
- Patient Support Specialist: Assist in recruiting and scheduling participants for clinical trials, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Conduct support calls with participants, provide guidance on survey forms and app usage.
- Data Collection: Gather accurate data that will inform new health interventions, directly impacting seniors' lives.
- Empathetic Interactions: Offer warm, supportive interactions with seniors, building trust and engagement.
Key Requirements
- Background and Education: Degree in Nursing, Medicine, Health Sciences, Psychology, Gerontology, Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Cultural Competence: Effective communication with seniors from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, outgoing, and confident in interacting with seniors.
- Problem-Solving: Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team, adapting to challenges in a dynamic research environment.
