Nursing Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nursing care professional to join our rehabilitation team. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our settings.
About the Role:You will facilitate the continuity of care for patients throughout their hospitalisation and transition to home and community, ensuring that they receive unhurried personalised care that meets their unique needs.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing or its equivalent
- Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Diploma / Specialist Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Gerontology / Orthopaedic / Neuroscience / Palliative Care / Community Nursing) for Senior positions
- Experience: Previous experience in ILTC settings is an advantage
- Certifications: Valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board, Valid BCLS certification
Comfortable with shift work and open to deployment within our hospitals.
