Job Title: Nursing Care Professional

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Professional to join our team. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

  • You will perform home visits for palliative care patients, conducting thorough nursing assessments and implementing effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors or Doctors to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate caregivers and families on basic nursing procedures, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Provide emotional support and bereavement counseling to patients and their loved ones.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Registration as an SNB Registered nurse
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience in homecare services
