In pursuit of this mission, our Go To Market (GTM) team plays a critical role in helping customers understand and leverage our highly capable AI products across their businesses.
The team comprises Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals working collaboratively to create valuable solutions that bring AI to as many users as possible.

The Go To Market team has a unique mission to help customers comprehend the profound impact of highly capable AI models on their businesses and users.
We are seeking an AI Efficiency Strategist to contribute to guiding the GTM strategy and driving operational efficiency to accomplish this mission.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the revenue-generating units within the organization, streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
You will work cross-functionally with solution strategists, sellers, finance, enablement, and leadership to drive operational efficiencies that accelerate customer and organizational success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design foundational processes and infrastructure to enable efficient operation throughout the customer lifecycle, from lead creation and scoring to sales pipeline management, closed deal management, customer success management, and services delivery.
- Partner closely with technical teams to implement processes systematically.
- Define GTM KPIs, develop dashboards to track KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales team performance; collaborate with sales leadership to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for territory adjustments.
- Lead strategic projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
- Work with the data team to ensure data accuracy and availability for revenue-related activities.
- Conduct strategic analyses to determine trends and identify opportunities for process and strategy optimization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience building territories, comp plans, and setting quotas for GTM teams.
- Exceptional project management skills, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- An understanding of the AI landscape, OpenAI's applications, and the problems they solve for customers.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- The ability to operate with high horsepower, handle frequent context switching, and work on multiple projects simultaneously with expansive ownership and ruthless prioritization.
