
Human Resources Leader

**Job Title:**
Job Description:As a seasoned Human Resources Team Lead, you will oversee a team of officers in HR Business Process Outsourcing which includes end-to-end recruitment, scholarship, and internship management, leave and benefits administration, training administration, events management, as well as data entry, reporting, and analytics.
Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of operations in accordance with prescribed policy, standing operating procedures, and customers' expectations. You will verify and/or approve the deliverables of the team in accordance with standard operating procedures, coach and provide on-the-job-training to the team, work closely with the HR Manager/Director to oversee staff training and development, performance review, and staff welfare of the team, and engage with stakeholders and attend meetings/discussions with customers on working level.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for meeting KPIs, addressing customer issues promptly, identifying areas of improvement and proposing corrective actions to the Branch Head/Director, and adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all regulations/applicable laws.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who possess a degree/diploma in Human Resources or a relevant discipline, with at least 4 years of experience in HR or a related field including supervisory experience. Experience in shared services is an added advantage, while past working experience in government ministries and statutory boards is preferred. Additionally, tech-savviness with good proficiency in Microsoft Office, a strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable, high level of initiative, and mindset of continuous improvement are essential qualities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be meticulous, detail-oriented, organized, independent, resourceful, results-driven, and customer-focused. They will also have a talent for leveraging various tools such as Talent Management, Workday, Human Resource Management System, Human Resource Advisory, Human Resource Management, Business Process Outsourcing, Human Resource Analytics and Insights, Employee Engagement, Human Resource Planning, HR Policies, and Human Resource Recruitment.
