Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and profitability of automotive parts and services.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager, Business Development, to develop business strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality products and maintain competitive pricing.
  • Establish systems and processes in the Sales and Aftersales businesses.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Strategic Risk, Procurement) on contractual and account-related issues.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the automotive or engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the willingness to take up new responsibilities as required by management.
