Job Summary

This role will work with external service contractors to ensure all projects and/or maintenance work are completed within timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth execution of any fitting out and reinstatement/renovation projects.
  • Supervise service contractors' work and ensure proper safety measures are carried out accordingly
  • Assist in emergency management during evacuations
  • Assist in annual department budgeting exercise
  • Ensure all licenses, permits are renewed accordingly
  • Undertake the sprucing assignments or renovation project in the hospital when necessary.
  • Assist the engineers to coordinate and oversee ad hoc jobs in the maintenance of the hospital building.
  • Assist the senior maintenance technicians to do and oversee ad hoc maintenance work, whether carried out by in-house or by external contractors
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned
