ServiceNow Developer Position

Enhance user experience and operational efficiency through intelligent automation and streamlined service delivery as a skilled ServiceNow Developer.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, proficiency in JavaScript, and hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Workflow Editor.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Custom Application Development: Design and build custom applications tailored to business needs using ServiceNow Studio and scoped applications.
  2. Flow Designer Expertise: Implement complex workflows using Flow Designer, including multi-task flows, rollback mechanisms, and conditional logic.
  3. Scripting: Develop and optimize server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
  4. Email Notifications: Create and manage email templates and notification triggers based on workflow events and user actions.
  5. Script Optimization: Refactor and streamline existing scripts for performance, readability, and maintainability.
  6. Catalog Item Development: Design and configure Service Catalog items with associated workflows, variables, and user interface policies.
  7. Workflow Automation: Build and maintain workflows using both legacy Workflow Editor and Flow Designer, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  8. Rollback Mechanisms: Implement rollback strategies within Flow Designer to ensure data integrity and error handling.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong understanding of the platform architecture.
  2. Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components.
  3. Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Workflow Editor.
  4. Familiarity with Order Guides, variables configuration, and UI customization.
  5. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Preferred Experience:
  1. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  2. Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
