Harnessing digital technologies including Automation, New Gen Apps Platforms, Process Mining, and AI capabilities such as Intelligent Document Processing, Text Analytics, Generative AI, and Conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves designing and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions that integrate with Gen AI, Agentic AI, and hyperautomation technologies. This includes configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules while incorporating AI-powered capabilities, developing AI-enhanced workflows, virtual agents, and predictive systems that elevate traditional ServiceNow implementations.

Collaborating on end-to-end business transformation projects, not just technical implementations. Working alongside a holistic team of business process consultants, UI/UX designers, AI experts, and architects to create AI-powered ITSM, Virtual Agents, and predictive workflows.

Requirements
  • Experience working with ServiceNow platforms
  • ServiceNow certification or willingness to obtain certification (fully sponsored)
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and web services
