Reliability Test Flow Development:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to spearhead the development of reliability test flows for our latest High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. Your primary responsibility will be to define, develop, and implement reliability stress tests, test flows, and test plans that cover all product reliability aspects.

You will work closely with the Global Quality team to define qualification plans, review and manage qualification execution progress, and drive gating issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in leading technical programs. You will also possess good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

This role requires a flexible approach to adapting to different roles in a dynamic working environment and a proven track record of collaborative work within/across teams to address sophisticated business and engineering problems.
