Reliability Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the manufacturing process, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and stability of semiconductor processes.

Job Summary:
You will develop and implement reliability assessment systems for semiconductor processes, including advanced testing, analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and external clients. You will also design and conduct reliability tests to evaluate process performance and durability, analyse test data, and provide recommendations for process technology improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability assessment systems for semiconductor processes.
- Design and conduct reliability tests to evaluate process performance and durability.
- Provide expert technical support to clients by diagnosing reliability issues, addressing their concerns, and delivering solutions to improve process performance.
- Assist the manufacturing team in managing abnormal events by conducting reliability risk assessments and suggesting improvements to mitigate risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in semiconductor process reliability engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach with the ability to analyse complex data and derive insights.
