Reliability Expert for Semiconductor Process

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with our fab and technology development teams to design, test, and analyze reliability structures.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor processes. This involves identifying and mitigating potential failure mechanisms, such as gate oxide and back-end-of-line (BEOL) reliability issues.
To achieve this goal, you will need to possess strong technical skills, including semiconductor process and device physics knowledge. Proficiency in tools like Minitab and JMP is also highly desirable.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials, or Physics), or PhD
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
