Job Title: Process Packaging Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customer support personnel to ensure seamless technical engagement with clients.
  • Provide first-level technical assistance, contribute to account strategy development, and align customer needs with company capabilities.
  • Communicate and manage all customer process and package roadmap strategies.
  • Coordinate factory/customer technical projects and serve as the primary point of contact for new quality/reliability programs.
  • Convey new customer technology requirements to relevant business units.
  • Offer technical support to sales managers and the broader sales team to enhance market share and customer profitability.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, as well as design generation.
  • Implement change notices and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits and factory visits with customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in assembly processes for semiconductor production.
  • Proficiency in assembly processes, particularly wire bonding.
  • Knowledge of DOE, reliability requirements, material selection, FMEA, failure analysis, and other quality/statistical tools.
  • Self-driven individual with excellent problem resolution and organizational skills for daily customer support and ongoing program management.
  • Relevant technical expertise within the semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with worldwide cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Willingsness to travel as needed.
