Reliability Engineering Specialist
As a key member of the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing reliability test programs for Micron's latest HBM products. Your responsibility will be to create new reliability test flows, both on DRAM and Interface die, as well as stacked products for extrinsic DPM (Time0 and Field DPM) and intrinsic reliability assessment. This position demands a strong grasp of engineering principles, adept problem-solving skills, and a relentless dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability test programs for HBM devices and packages, working with other teams to ensure full test coverage.
- Understand and resolve root causes of reliability test program related issues.
- Promote innovation and challenge status quo by driving changes that provide Micron with a technical advantage over its competition.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability team.
- Analyze data using in-house statistical tools to validate and assess risk.
- Define interface hardware specifications and perform validation and debug of new interface boards.
- Make technical decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
- Mentor and develop others within the team to drive growth and development.
- Develop project management skills to ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Identify and promote process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of coding / programming languages such as Python / C++.
- Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
- Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools.
- Ability to work effectively in team-based projects.
Performs: Hardware, software, semiconductor design or telecomm engineering assignments. This job requires expertise in multiple areas of engineering, making it an ideal fit for individuals who enjoy technical challenges and are looking to grow their careers.
