Key Performance Driver Role

The role of Assistant Manager, E-commerce Distribution and Analysis is pivotal in driving incremental revenue through online distribution channels. This position requires a performance-driven individual to formulate and implement e-commerce strategies, evaluate new distribution opportunities, and manage relationships with online travel agents (OTAs).


Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Evaluate new distribution opportunities to strengthen performance.
  • Manage relationships with OTAs to optimize online performance.
  • Analyze and report on hotel performance across OTAs and platforms.
  • Identify channel-specific opportunities and challenges.
  • Recommend distribution strategies to support revenue targets.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of new e-commerce solutions and digital campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OTAs and e-commerce solution providers.
  • Monitor rate parity across all online platforms.
  • Guide vendors to conduct test bookings to identify wholesale leakage.
  • Document learnings and develop best-practice playbooks for internal adoption.
  • Advise hotel teams on OTA extranet issues, content, and setup optimisation.
  • Lead internal training sessions to share insights and ensure alignment on best practices.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in E-commerce marketing, analysis, or hospitality revenue management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of hospitality distribution systems, OTA extranets, channel managers, or rate monitoring tools is an advantage.
