Mandai Wildlife Group is a leading organization dedicated to the conservation of wildlife and nature. As a Senior Manager, Park, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our wildlife reserves.

Our mission is to inspire action for a healthier world through conservation education and innovative solutions. We are committed to driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, integrating five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

As a key member of our team, you will lead, plan, and develop local initiatives to establish Mandai Wildlife Reserve as the most iconic nature and wildlife precinct among locals and tourists. You will conceptualize and supervise the execution of key campaigns, activations, and initiatives to achieve overall brand, attendance, and revenue goals for the reserve and its parks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver quality outputs and outcomes
  • Developing and implementing innovative go-to-market campaigns and activations that drive action and advocacy for sustainability and conservation efforts
  • Managing overall marketing budgets to improve and achieve optimal ROI
  • Securing partnerships with relevant like-minded partners or vendors to improve ROI
  • Experience in managing media and creative agencies effectively
  • Spearheading and initiating special projects when required
  • Providing team stewardship and mentorship for team members

Requirements include:

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or equivalent
  • Highly motivated individual with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in brand building, consumer integrated marketing, digital marketing, project management, and budget management
  • Proven capability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident, creative, and energetic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical, results-orientated, and highly organized
  • Competent leadership with supervisory team management experience
  • Able to work independently while being a good team player
  • Able to provide mentorship to junior team members
