Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior/Guest Service Officer. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wildlife parks, providing exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the conservation of our wildlife and nature.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the wildlife parks, including resource management and guest service standards.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance guest experiences and create a positive impact on our wildlife and nature.
  • Resolve guest feedback, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Motivate and guide part-time staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist in training and development of part-time staff.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enforcement of park safety procedures and protocols.
  • Support wildlife-human management efforts, including updating records of wildlife sightings and movements, conducting behavioral enrichments, and educating guests on wildlife campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking guests.
  • Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
