Our organization seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration across projects. As a key member of our team, you will perform quantity take-offs from BQ/Drawings, assist in tender pricing, prepare tender replies, and attend interviews.
You will source and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors, review contract documents, and highlight variances. Additionally, you will prepare and submit VO costs, progress claims, and final accounts, as well as manage and certify sub-contractor claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform quantity take-offs from BQ/Drawings
- Assist in tender pricing, prepare tender replies, and attend interviews
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Review contract documents and highlight variances
- Prepare and submit VO costs, progress claims, and final accounts
- Manage and certify sub-contractor claims
- Holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or related fields
- Has at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills
- Is proficient in Excel, PDF editors, and cost estimation tools
- Communicates clearly and works well under pressure
