Tan Tock Seng Hospital is a leading healthcare institution in Singapore, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and innovative medical solutions. As a Digital Products Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy quick prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for healthcare applications, digital tools, and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with clinicians, operations teams, and external technology partners to identify user needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
  • Implement agile development practices (sprints, CI/CD pipelines) to deliver iterative improvements and test emerging technologies.

Evaluate & Optimize Digital Solutions

  • Conduct rapid testing and user validation of new digital products in real-world healthcare environments.
  • Use data analytics and user feedback to assess the impact, usability, and feasibility of digital tools.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling successful prototypes while sunsetting non-viable solutions efficiently.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Keep pace with emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoMT, digital therapeutics) to identify new opportunities for healthcare innovation.
  • Share insights and lessons learned across the organization to foster a culture of digital experimentation.
  • Support consultancies, clinics, workshops, hackathons, and showcases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in application development and deployment on cloud platforms.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platform.
  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and translate complex requirements into user-friendly digital tools.
