Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer

As an experienced HVAC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (RHVAC) systems, conduct site project surveys, inspections, and cost estimations, prepare materials listings, drawings, installations, testing, and commissioning.
  • Closely collaborate with the Commercial & Sales Department and Operation Department on projects requiring involvement from both departments.
  • Prepare quotations for RHVAC projects.
  • Provide technical support to field works involving air-conditioning, ventilation, heating, electrical, and automation systems, mechanical, and general tasks.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in an engineering discipline.
  • At least 2 years' working experience in RHVAC systems, preferably in the marine industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycle theory, line components, circuit flushing, refrigerant recovery, pressure testing, and vacuuming.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and coaching skills.
