Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to lead the design review, site installation supervision, and commissioning of large-scale cleanroom facility construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee the installation of HVAC systems, conduct technical design reviews, and provide technical guidance for the construction team.

About the Role:
As a senior HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for managing site works and leading technical teams. You will also be required to liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution. We are looking for a professional with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of HVAC system installation, including chilled water piping, air handling units, and ductwork.
  • Technical design reviews, coordination with consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Supervision of on-site installation, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
  • Lead the testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, and troubleshoot technical issues during installation and operation.
  • Training and guiding junior engineers and site supervisors in HVAC system operations and maintenance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning for industrial or cleanroom projects.
  • Familiarity with international HVAC standards (ASHRAE) and Singapore local codes.
  • Proven experience in managing site works and leading technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other HVAC design software is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with China-based and Singapore-based stakeholders.
